How it can be beneficial for online business?

I have a product I would like to get developed. It’s very simple. But I need a company that can help with licensing, packaging, legal stuff, and marketing. Also, should I see an attorney to draw up a non-disclosure agreement first before I present my idea to any marketing company? I’m in Northeast Ohio. Any ideas?

I have a website, creditcard processors (2checkout, ikobo, paypal, shareit) and software products.

I want to work with advertisers (I tried bidvertiser and know adwords), affiliates, resellers or marketers on a profit sharing basis. So basically I can sell them the licences (product keys) as they resell the product to customers or I can process payment and give them the finders fee. They need to promote (seo,ads,maillists,better web site?) and actually sell the products to obtain any money.

How to accomplish this business model, which companies to work with ?

We are a mid-sized business growing our customer base. Our emails range from customer assistance to product promotions.

We need to be able to send approximately 40,000 to 60,000 emails a month. We prefer to be able to update our own customer and prospect databases with the opt in and opt out information rather than duplicating the data from our service. And we would like to handle opt-outs per list type, (opting out of product promotions does not stop the regular newsletter, and opting out of the newsletter does not opt the client from service notices.)

Leslie finally revealed her true reason for “befriending” close to 2500 people on facebook. Seems she’s recruiting all her “friends” to distribute free samples of BE to all their friends. I think that is it. We are sending out our foundation samples in a few shades, it comes with a baby brush and is cute.

Let me know what you think after you get started so we can see if this is something we want to roll out. I figure if you are telling people anyway, why not try it. If you aren’t passionate about BE I doubt you would want to sign up anyway. Let’s see what happens. We have already sent some packages out, my assistant Leti is doing it right now but we are getting help from our customer service area.

AH!!! The Pyriamid Scheme, but with her making ALL the money!!

All these gullible people get to feel “special” because they are getting “exclusive” rights to try samples, and now she can convince them to schlepp her products for her in exchange for being called a “Leslie Angel.”

you’re absolutely right. Seems by calling her unpaid workers “Leslie’s Angels”, she’s trying to conjure up images of Oprah’s Angel Network…. an organization that actually helps the less-fortunate. The only person Leslie’s Angels will be helping is Leslie and her bank account. Shameful.

I have a niche website that has 13,000 subscribers. An advertising agency has contacted me wanting to use my subscriber list to send out an email blast. I don’t want to rent or sell my email list as it is against my privacy policy but I am open to sending out their blast myself.

What is a targeted list of 13,000 subscribers worth?

What methods can you use to advertise a book (preferably for free)?

I am an ebook distributor and I want to pay 30% on gross sales to e-book authors. Is there software or a website that will allow me to split profits with my contributors and have them view their e-book gross product sales?

i am just looking for a system to help me keep a tab of the complete downline…rite from there joining date,personal details,sponsorer’s name. I want to keep a number of people from my contacts on a group email list. So how do I create a list or a group that I can just quickly click on to put them all in a ‘to:’ field for a composed email? And is there a limit to how many people can receive an email from me? Are you limited to 50 people or anything like that? Please help. Thanks
