I have a both at an Austin flea market. Me and my sister sell womens jeans and blouses. We where aproved to sell this and we built our platforms, cabinets, walls ECT and we also made 3 more orders since our buissness was going very well. Recently we where told they have a complaint from another booth owner about us selling clothes and they do too and now we are being forced to only sale pants! Can they do that?
we have invested so much into this and it is so not fair. We cannot get a lawyer because we are paying my mothers immigration lawyer because she is in jail. Me and my sister really need info, maybe there’s a law? We are just a16 and a 17 year old trying to hold up till mom is with us. Please if you have any help I’d ideas we can fight back with please email me at xavier_hernandez_vera@yahoo.com
You don’t provide enough information. What is the agreement you have with the flea market? Does it have restrictions on what you can sell? You have to abide by the rules of the flea market, and if you were violating the rules you have to stop the violations. If you were not violating the rules, talk to the manager and explain that you have an agreement and you intend to abide by it.
WHEN YOU SIGNED YOUR LEASE , DOES IT HAVE A CLAUSE, SAYING THAT YOU CANNOT SELL BLOUSES?
