I need to communicate with 12,000 people who are part of a very large group. I WILL NOT be marketing to these people. They are expecting a regular postcard in the mail announcing a large event in December. But when I priced out the printing of the postcards, design, postage, etc, it came to over $7000.00. This is insane. Please tell me where I can go online to do this. What’s the best place? Is there any way to do it free or with a very low budget? It would also be great if these online postcards could also collect a little information, such as an update on phone, address, email, etc… Any ideas ladies and gentlemen? Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
How can I mail an online postcard to 12,000 people cheaply and effectively?

I would suggest Constant Contact. very easy to use program, even has videos to walk you through everything. I use it to send out monthly newsletters fo my customers.
I think they give a 60 day free trial and then its only a couple hundred bucks a year.
I would agree…Constant Contact is the way to go. Especially during the Free Trial period
First off, the USPS has a postcard service that’s relatively cheap. Check out their website. You can design the card online — it’s very cool and easy.
You should also know that you need the express permission of the people on that list to send them email. Just because you have their email addresses doesn’t mean that they’ve specifically opted in to get email from you. If you send email without permission, that’s considered spam, and ISPs could block your email. Please be very careful. I wouldn’t want to see you harm the reputation of your organization with the ISPs. Good luck.
