   There are no real ways to do this for free. Unless you want to be heavily advertised on with out making money, and have a less then satisfying subdomain.

   No WAY!

   Purchase yourself a server, e-mail exchange software, a dedicated IP address, and to not upset your clients better have a good battery back-up for power outages.

   Or obtain a commercial web hosting account with a lot of mail boxes.
