I already submitted one effort to find out why I can’t access my paid email account. I see you sent me an acknowledgment of that email. Too bad I can’t access it. I really need access to my email account this morning. Why was no warning given about this interruption?

For the past month or so Yahoo has been having some frequent problems with the email service. This usually happens each time they “upgrade” - which is what they’ve been doing with Classic Mail.
It’s possible that your email service has been restored but old cookies, temp files and history keep returning you to a non-working website or page. Try clearing your browser cache. This article by Boston University explains more. Click on your operating system and then your browser.
