Topfox market research website: how can I stop these text messages?

I subscribed to Topfox, a market research website (recommended), to earn some extra money and win prizes. I selected a prize I liked – 5 FREE lottery numbers sent to my mobile.
Well, I keep receiving notifications of winning numbers and am being charged a premium rate for this ‘service’. I’ve contacted my service provider and they suggested unsubscribing to the website, which I’ve done.
This morning I received another notification. I’m fuming because I DID unsubscribe. Trouble is, I can’t find a contact number or email address on the Topfox site to get them to stop these text messages to my mobile.
Anyone out there know what I can do? I’m getting desperate.

  1. You can never unsubscribe from a website that is out to cheat you. The site is a complete scam.

YOu can set your phone so it can not receive texts or emails sent from a website. That should stop the messages. The problem is that there might be other messages that you would like to receive from websites. You can do this at your phone provider’s site; click on My Account and go to Settings.

If this doesn’t work, you have to cancel your phone number and get a new one that you never give out to any business.
