Free email marketing

They did and I wonder if it is legal…
I got some Market America products from a friend, for free, but I don’t believe in vitamins, not even in these overpriced ones. So I decided to sell it on Ebay. Since I put it on Ebay, I started getting emails, phone calls and even letters from Market America saying, that selling their products online is a violation of Market America’s policy and I have to delete my listing immediately. I mean, it is not a violation of Ebay policy and I don’t care about Market America, I am not their distributor and I think they are bunch of Communists. Since my address and phone number is not visible on my Ebay account information, I guess Ebay had to give them my info and that upsets me. Are they allowed to do it? And why shouldn’t I sell their products online, if I don’t want them and Ebay don”t mind??? I am confused and I don’t know what do do, but this company pissed me so much that I will probably just leave my listing in there until it sells.
