I already submitted one effort to find out why I can’t access my paid email account. I see you sent me an acknowledgment of that email. Too bad I can’t access it. I really need access to my email account this morning. Why was no warning given about this interruption?

I purchased a domain from yahoo and use a different email account to control it. I want to transfer all services, ie. mail, contact address, my premium upgrade, etc. from the old email account to my domain email account, notify my contacts of the change, then close the old email account. How do I do it?

I want to close my Yahoo account, including my Yahoo email account immediately. I will instruct my credit card to not honor future charges from Yahoo.
What can I do to cancel all Yahoo services now?
