I own a company which designs software and one of our products is targeted at the legal profession. I have an email list of 1,000 attorneys that I compiled from the state bar association’s records, and I would like to send out a survey to these attorneys so that I can get an idea of the viability of my product. Would this be illegal? Would this be Spam? How could I avoid breaking the law and avoid having my email filtered through spam?
What do think the best way to market a product/software to Law Firms are?
I am looking to start a software company for Law Firms. I am trying to put together a marketing plan…other than cold calling Law Firms one by one…that would truly allow me to reach out and touch law firms Nationwide. I would also hire a PR / Marketing company that specifically caters in this – however, I cannot find 1 company on the internet that specifically markets to Law Firms.
What’s the key to success when marketing to women online?
I’ve started a small online business that caters to girl and women. I still feel unable to market to them though lol. I know they’re more emotional than us (men) and might be attracted to what moves them rather than what works best but not sure how to go about marketing to them. I think like a man when I market to them because I’m a man lol.

I have heard good and bad things about email marketing services. They claim to allow users to send spam free messages to thousands of leads. I don’t want to spend the money if no one will ever get the message, or if it really is spam. Does these email marketing services work? Or does anyone have a low cost service they recommend?
