Free email marketing

Like just a list that I can download for bulk mailings.

my kids are just under 10, is there a free safe email service tailored for children?
Okay, safe is important; no **** advertisements, no ability to chat etc.

My grandparents want to get internet back on there computer but they push buttons they aint supposed to push and i just need an easy email service that would be good for them to use

Which free email providers offer read receipts??

I have been with Yahoo email for years but lately I have had alot of problems sending and receiving attachments. This is a very important feature to me because of my job.
I need an email client (preferably free) that will be as good or better than Yahoo, since I have been happy up until now, and I certainly wouldn’t want to take a step backwards. It would be great if someone knows of one that will allow me to send attachments larger than 10 mb, which is Yahoo’s limit, however I am open to all suggestions!

Is it possible to know if the person you sent email has read the message or not? is there auto reply service in Gmail, hotmail and yahoo?

I have a lot of information in one folder on yahoo that I am trying to forward to someone else who is using yahoo. Is there a way to do this? Or is there another free email service that would allow me to do it? Or, is there a way I could just select all of the messages and forward them to the person? Also, is there a way I can save a yahoo mail folder to my desktop?

I know a person who was told that Yahoo services was going to go into her personal email account and email her saved emails to other people. Is this possible? Will Yahoo services actually do this and if so, is that even legal?

I have tried all the other options available but they only seem to have forms to fill in then email but the problem cant be solved by one of the forms so need to email a customer services person direct to access our works password as an employee has left and taken all the details and we have no way of contacting him and he has all the details of setting up the account
