I am into Stock Market and I want a technical analysis software to be programmed and made for marketing. The software will implement some of my ideas. Do I contact big software companies or should I meet free-lance software developers? What will be more cost effective?

I want to make a free email service like hotmail or yahoo or myway is there anyway I can do that and do it for free? I want to make one of these sites

I want to put a simple sign-up form on my webpage to get email addresses to build a mailing list. I don’t want to pay for one of those online auto responder services. Any advice would help.

Something that allows you to create and dispose of email addresses on the fly… allowing you to create fake email addresses for signing up for newsletters etc…
