Should we report the 2003 Obama to flag@whitehouse.gov for spreading lies that Obama wants Single-Payer Health?

The 2003 Obama is saying that Obama wants Single-Payer Universal Healthcare.

http://www.breitbart.tv/obama-in-03-id-like-to-see-a-single-payer-health-care-plan/

This flies in the face of the 2009 Obama who is saying that he opposes putting insurance out of business and supports the free market. In fact, he is asking people to report anyone who says otherwise to his office.

“There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov.”

Should we report 2003 Obama to the White House for lying to us about who Obama really is?

Anyone Interested in Watching Bon Iver Perform As the Sun Rises on a Sunday Morning?

Picture this…camping out under the stars under the beautiful Hollywood Forever Cemetary at 12midnight, in the morning Bon Iver performs as the sun rises over the horizon…sounds intriguing right? Well, dream on! Problem is no one can get tickets!

I was so pissed off that Bon Iver tickets were hard to get for the Sunrise Show at Hollywood Forever Cemetary for Sunday, September 27 and scalpers have upped the value for who should be a low key artist. I mean seriously, who the hell does his managing team think he is, Bob Dylan? Well, **** that; he’s not. And thank God for that! Indie/Folk is about enjoying good music in a low pressure atmosphere, but this concert is stirring up unneccessary controversy and… ticket scalpers! Wake up people! It’s Bon Iver not the L.A. Kings. Below is a copy of the email I sent to Bon Iver’s booking agent, please feel free to send him more **** mail. adam@billions.com

Adam Voith,

I’m not sure if you are aware but the tickets for the Bon Iver show at the Hollywood Forever Theatre are being sold by scalpers for $100 and up while I happen to know that the face value is only $25. Tickets that are hard to come by lead to scalping which is counter intuitive to the whole indie/folk genre (low-key, underground, good vibes)!

When asking Hollywood Forever for these tickets, I was told for about two weeks that tickets to this event weren’t yet available, that I should wait until they become available, and that they would definitely not sell out. I searched several different websites, none of which sold these tickets and a few even stated that Bon Iver was not confirmed for the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. I even emailed the special events department at Hollywood Forever and my inquiry never received a response. When I was finally directed to www.ticketweb.com two weeks after I began searching, the show was already sold out.

Mr. Voith, as the person in charge of booking Bon Iver’s shows, I am very surprised that an event of this kind was not advertised better or that the tickets were not more accessible. Perhaps my ranting in unimportant to you since the demand for these tickets has increased the popularity of this artist while also boosting his value. But please let me remind you, the whole point of the indie genre is about having an artist who does not attract the trendy crowd who’s willing to pay $100 or more for a concert that is so maxed out that the music becomes only secondary to the massive event.

Furthermore, tickets that create this kind of demand also go against the Folk culture and I am sure that Bon Iver will loose a few fans if he becomes similar to a mainstream artist. I’m not sure that he is entirely marketed in this way, but again, I am very surprised that the high demand for these tickets was not predicted. Now scalpers are preventing Bon Iver’s true fans from enjoying great music while the sun rises on that Sunday morning.

Thanks a lot. Great way to ***** us over!

Please Help! Does This Seem Like A Scam?

First Email:

Hello Lily,

The car is available. Here is the car info: 14,000 miles on the clock, like new condition, no scratches, no dents, accident-free, clear title. There are no lien or loan on the car and I’m the registered owner with the title in hand. You will receive all the documents, including the title signed over to your name.
As you probably noticed, the price is rather low: $6,300. I’m going through a bitter divorce and unfortunately it’s forcing me to sell it under market value.
The car is located in Charlotte, NC in my garage. A friend of mine is a DAS employee and he can deliver the truck anywhere in the US for a really good price. You will have the car in front of your house in 3 to 7 days, depending on your exact location. You will also have 5 days to inspect the vehicle. If, by any reason, the car is not as described, or if you find any problems with it, I will pay for the returning fees. I’m sure it won’t be the case because it’s a state of art vehicle inside and out.

If you want to reserve the truck for you, I need your details(name,address..).

Second Email:

Hi again,

I have talked to my friend about shipping costs and he got me a really good price at only $400 which I think its fair to split 50/50, so the total cost will be $6,500 and you will have the car in front of your house in 3-4 days.

The sale will be managed through eBay under their Vehicle Purchase Protection program since they offer the highest rate of safety and reliability during online transactions. They act as a neutral third party. Look how this works:

1. I will contact eBay and give all the info about this deal.
2. They will email us the forms which are needed for our deal(invoice, payment instructions, buyer’s and seller’s protection policy)
3. You will send the money to eBay and they will notify me to ship the car to your location.
4. After you will inspect the car and decide to keep it, eBay will forward the funds to me once you have approved them to do so. You will have 5 days to inspect the vehicle.

They will hold and insure your money until you will receive and test the car.

I need your name and shipping address so I can reserve the car for you and register the transaction with eBay and they will contact you with all the instructions step by step on how to complete the transaction .

Best Regards,

trying this again – how to contact yahoo directly?

Where can I email directly to someone inside the yahoo company in order to comment/complain about the following without just getting an auto-reply?

I notice that the banner ads above our group’s home page now takes up 80% of the window, rather than the 15 or 20% that it formerly did. This means having to scroll down just to see the home page. I’m a bit annoyed at this, and yeah, I know it’s all free blah blah… I **** marketing types, they run and ruin everything.

Need advice on materials for graphic design competition?

I am a graphic designer who (unfortunately) works for a large financial institution. There are two other graphic designers who work with me in our department (we work with the marketing department).
The “marketing” people in our department want to submit some campaigns we did last year to a marketing campaign contest. This of coruse largely deals with things we have created for those campaigns.
I was horrified when one of the marketing people sent out an email suggesting we use “3 ring binders and construction paper” as our presenting and mounting materials (no, I am not joking) – oh and wanted to know what color everyone wanted to use for the construction paper (once again, not joking). I sent out a reply email suggesting we should probably use Itoya folders and archival acid-free black paper to mount the pieces on. I really didn’t get a reply back – even the other designers had NO idea what an Itoya folder was (I was once again shocked and horrified). (continued)
I think people took it as an insult that I suggesting something other than a 3 ring binder and construction paper for a professional competition. But good god! Am I overreacting? This really bothers me that professionals would have such poor taste and ignorance about their own field. The fact that everyone responded negatively to my suggestion bothers me as well. I was told “well nobody really cares”.

Is it really appropriate to use a 3 ring binder and construction paper?? I really have my doubts. I don’t plan on fighting them anymroe on it because it’s obvious they want to look like slobs. But I am curious if I am being too nit – picky.

I’ve tried cashrate.com, it is a scam?

I wanted to make extra money on the side, so I thought I’d give it a try. It wasn’t what I thought it was going to be. They flood your email with millions of advertisements that they want you to respond to. Then when you do respond, you have to answer advertisements, sign up for credit cards, and sign up for trial products which most you had to pay for or you had a certain free trial period. It seems like the money that you do make goes towards paying for whatever you signed up for, so you are not really making any money because you are paying for whatever they are marketing to you. They also told me I made $16.50 but I never received a check. Has anyone else tried it? If so, what results did you get?

Does anyone want free electricity? Help us help you! We have the answer that the economy needs?

A friend and I that go to school together have been working on this project for over a year now, we have a working prototype of a generator created that does not require gas to produce electricity. We have done numerous presentations and people get all excited about it, but it has been very difficult to find funding to get this product to a market. It is almost as if people are scared of change, and do not want to try something new. We need help funding the final developments of this product to make it look commercial. It is currently made up of all sorts of gadgets, but it works!! You can power a computer, a refrigerator and all sorts of household appliances without ever plugging this thing in (and no its not solar or wind powered either). This has been tested by the engineering department at a university near by and is proven to work- we can show you. We can even make one on a larger scale to power a home, we just need financial support. Can anyone make any suggestions or lead us in the right direction?

we have a us patent. We had an attorney but we are just 2 college kids with little money, not many attorneys will work before being paid unless they share your dream and we have not found one who does just yet :)

I have sent letters and email to so many companies and R&D Firms, but still no response. I have even tried contacting politicians- but nothing yet :(

Sorry I can not share every detail of it online for confidentiality reasons. When ever we do a presentation, contracts must be signed, its a dirty world out there. But we are willing to meet with people who can possibly help us.
